Consisting of a mock trial and panel sessions covering key areas of law, including commercial law and intellectual property rights, this large-scale conference will serve as a critical platform for diverse and distinguished legal experts to share their insights about China’s Guiding Cases and other important cases released by the Supreme People’s Court of China, such as the “Belt & Road” Typical Cases, and discuss their prospects.

In addition to foreign experts, attendees will include more than 100 judges, lawyers, academics, and students from across China.
